It's fantastic news that James Whale is back on the air waves. He should never have been fired for urging people not to vote for Ken Livingstone.
Anyway, I'll be talking about my favourite subject and hopefully enlighten more people into the dangers associated with speed cameras.
I might even mention the case of the Plymouth Argyll goalkeeper who shunted a another car off a motorway and tragically killed two boys.
Without wanting to prejudice any trial it was a case of rank stupidity.
And I believe the Government have blood on their hands in this issue because if they weren't relying on cameras to enforce the laws we would have more police om patrol.
No-one in their right mind would think of using a motorway knowing that there's loads of traffic cops on the prowl.
That's why the Government is wrong. Cameras do not detect bad driving or even drink drivers - they don't even make drivers afraid of taking the risk.
Put more police on our roads, fewer cameras and get Britain's roads back to being the safest in Europe!
I have discovered a very simple point of law, which I have checked out with both ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) and with Solicitor friends of mine and it all stands up Legally!
Yes, folks the end of Speed Cameras is nigh and this is why!
All we need to do, is to be part of both an epetition and a letter writting exercise to both your Commissioner or Chief Constable, local Council and local press, stating that Speed Cameras ARE irrevocably damaging your already fragile relationship with the Police Force (sorry service, as we are all customers now, NEW LABOUR rubbish).
What you need to ask is that your Chief Constable removes his signiture or blessing from the failed Speed Camera programme or the words 'for and on behalf of the Chief Constable' which is printed at the bottom of every NIP (Speed Camera ticket).
This WILL mean that any Prosecution WILL be invalid, null and void: JOB DONE!
Also ask your Council to invest your money into anything other than the local Speed Camera Partnership!
North Somerset Council, slashed £100,000 of their funding for the local scammers after complaints that they had become more about making money, than saving lives and that the Partnership had lost sight of its original purpose! Much to Dave Gollickers dismay the Council have threatened to cut all funding for the Partnership, this happened back in last September, so this idea CAN work!
The West of England Road Safety Partnership where the Group who made the headlines after buying Cameras to watch the Cameras, after Speed Cams being repeatedly attacked in their enforcement area by 'angry drivers' we all know some of them dont we!
It will then be time for me to put away my Angle Grinder, tyres and Petrol, at last!
