Captain Gatso: Chief Con Mike Todd - murdered?

I have just seen this on one of my favourite sites, cryptome.org. It's all very interesting when you put some of these incidents in context and someone draws a line linking it all up.

I have always held Duncan Campbell in high regard and have always respected his work and over the years I have been fortunate enough have given him leads on stories.

But maybe he has one too many good stories. It's all too good to be true.

Maybe someone or something (ie the government) is spoon-feeding him. And maybe he himself doesn't even realise he is being fed.

This is from the article:

In short, I thnik that Todd was most likely murdered, though it could have been the result of a misadventure in the mountains.  Suicide seems like the least likely possibility, as he had everything to live for, explaining why the intelligence-driven media are trying to make it seem so. In any case, the coroner has yet to establish the cause of Todd's death, his primary responsibility, but by releasing the body for burial, he seems unlikely to seriously investigate the matter further with a full inquest and jury.

The matter, it seems, will just slowly die, like Todd and Robin Cook themselves, until it is simply explained away as another one of nature's mysteries.

More dark forces at work?

Captain Gatso: More global warming news you won't be reading about

Richard Littlejohn in the Daily Mail is like a lone voice in the wilderness that's called rational debate on global warming.

I don't need to go banging on - here's a piece from Richard's column this week.

Global warming update. According to NASA scientists in Maryland, the polar ice caps, far from shrinking, are actually increasing in size this year.

To the north of Canada, ice now covers two million square kilometres more than it did the past three winters and is between 10mm and 20mm thicker than last year.

In the Alps, where last year's mild winter sparked a wave of hysteria about "global warming", they've just had their best snowfall for 20 years and the skiing season kicked off two weeks early.

You won't have heard any of this inconvenient truth on the news.

Meanwhile, our own freezing Easter is taken by some as evidence of "climate change".

Yet I seem to remember when I was at school being taught a rhyme that went something like: "March winds doth blow, and we shall have snow."

So no change there, then.

Well done Mr Littlejohn. At least you are strong enough to stand up to the posturing that's going on. And there's no chance that the BBC will change its editorial policy in the face of facts.
