Gordon Brown and the Government must listen to the motorist immediately and stop benefiting from the extortionate windfall tax every time you and fill up our vehicles.
They are enjoying 85 pence of per litre of duty and VAT. Enough is enough!
We are looking at demonstrations, go slows and blockading Parliament Square at midday on Wednesday to stop Gordon Brown getting to Prime Ministers Question Time. This will send a clear message across his bows to act now.
we are also looking at static demonstrations around the country and blockades outside fuel terminals at the weekend.
The FTA and RHA are not bothered in this scrap and they need to be shouting from the rooftops along with the likes of large HGV relaint companies such as Eddie Stobards as well as the supermarket lorries and not leave this up to the small independent firms.
We need to see a pincer movement and some of the old British resolve.
